Chocolate Protein Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar (or preferred sweetener)
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 Serving Buff Bake Chocolate Shakes & Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Milk of choice
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with 12 parchment paper liners or silicone muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and milk. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips last.
- Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups, ⅔ full. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the tops are golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Vanilla Protein Waffles
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops Buff Bake Vanilla Shakes & Baking Protein
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Coconut sugar (or low-calorie sweetener)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup choice of milk
- ½ Tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat a waffle iron and coat with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together the protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and coconut sugar.
- Add the eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry mixture; stir until thoroughly combined and batter forms.
- Place ¼ cup batter into each well of the waffle iron. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, topped with maple syrup and fresh berries.

Birthday Cake FroYo Chips
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
- Birthday Cake Almond butter
Directions:
- Mix 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt with 4 tbsp of Birthday Cake Protein Almond Spread
- Spoon the mixture into a squeeze bottle or small plastic bag (cut corner of bag for easy piping)
- Pipe small drops onto a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Freeze overnight and Enjoy!
