Buff Bake Protein Party Blondies
Recently, foodie influencer @alexalettuce created these delicious Protein Party Blondies using Buff Bake's Vanilla Protein Powder! Because many of us are spending time indoors, now is a great time to indulge in baking your favorite healthy treats! Try Alexa’s recipe here:
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup of whole wheat flour (can use a gluten free flour if desired)
1/4 cup of Buff Bake Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 egg (regular or flaxseed)
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt if desired
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup of coconut oil (must be completely melted!)
2 tablespoons of agave
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
In another bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
Once mixed, stir in 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.
Prepare a 6x8 baking dish greased with coconut oil. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes. Makes 8 squares!
