Large Batch Strawberries & Cream Oatmeal
Servings: 14-16 half-cup servings
Total time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups chopped freeze dried strawberries
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Add 1 1/2 cups of the quick oats to a blender and blend into a flour.
- Combine everything in a large bowl and stir to mix.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. When ready to eat, combine 1 cup milk of choice with 1/2 cup oatmeal mixture. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
