Q: Do the butters need to be refrigerated after opening?

No, the butters do not need to be refrigerated after opening. You can refrigerate if you want to keep a more solid consistency but it is not necessary.

Q: There is some oil separation, is that normal?
Yes! We use all natural ingredients in our products so it is normal for the oil to rise to the top. We recommend stirring from the bottom with each use.

Q: How long is the shelf life?
All products start with a year shelf life once produced.

Q: Are your products vegan?
Unfortunately not! We use a whey protein that is hormone & antibiotic-FREE which contains dairy.

Q: I have never tried your products; do you offer samples?
You’ve been missing out! We have a variety of sample pack options on our website that allows you to purchase smaller size items.

Q: What’s the difference between this and traditional peanut butter?
Who doesn’t love peanut or almond butter! We put a new twist on an old favorite by adding whey protein powder to increase your daily intake of protein. We start with whole roasted nuts and add only all natural ingredients!

Q : When do orders ship?
All orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm PST are shipped same-day! Any orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. No additional fees – We just want to get the product in your hand as quickly as possible. (*Some holidays may affect this)

Q : Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $25.00 ship free for USA residents!

Q : Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.

Q : How long does International shipping take and what is the cost?
Rates and transit time will vary by shipping destination. This will be calculated once you checkout and can be seen before confirming the order. All orders placed before 2:00pm will ship same day excluding holidays.

Q : I am not a fan of what I ordered, can I return it?
Unfortunately since it is a food item, we do not do any refunds or exchanges.
